The whole house smells delicious
‘cause I am baking something nutritious.
When it’s done I make hast
to cool it down to have a taste.
You’d smile to see how happy I am,
eating a fresh slice with my home-made jam.
All together a special treat
that can’t be beat.
In addition, it’s food for the digestion,
just a gentle suggestion,
the psyllium and flax
supporting that diet to the max.

All in all, it makes me feel so good
because bread for the soul is healing food.

The bell is ringing,
my heart is singing.
I have to run,
my fresh bread is done!
