A Prayer

Peace, dear Hearts.

Let not the violence prevail
Let it not conquer our souls
but open our Hearts
to come together in love and kindness

Let the passage through this night
be a journey into the light.

Let us be gentle with each other,
nothing to keep us apart.

Let every thought be one of prayer
making every moment one of healing.

Let us bow to those
who are suffering
with wounds in their bodies,
their hearts.

Let us hold them
in the embrace of compassion
and healing.

May we all join together
in an awakening,
to live
the divine goodness
inherent
in every one of us.
